Meet Our Team

Ryan Nelson

CEO

Ryan Nelson is committed to advancing community development through innovative and impactful projects. As the Owner of Vision Inc. and Co-owner/CEO of P&R Companies, Ryan brings a wealth of experience to every endeavor. Born and raised in Superior, WI, he began his career as a plumbing and heating apprentice. Over time, his keen eye for improvement led him to co-found a new business in 2010, which eventually grew into a three-division company with over 100 employees. Ryan led the development team responsible for over 1 million square feet of new multi-family housing, comprising more than 1,000 units.

In 2024, Ryan founded Vision Inc. to further his dedication to multifamily construction and community development. He takes a hands-on approach, actively participating in design, construction, leasing, and strategic planning. With projects across the upper Midwest, Ryan’s work is recognized for its quality, efficiency, and long-term impact on communities. His commitment to providing homes and jobs makes a meaningful difference in the regions he serves.

Shannon Grayson

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer at Vision Inc., Shannon Grayson brings innovative leadership and extensive experience in customer service, subsidized housing, project management, and construction. Shannon oversees all operational and administrative functions, including financials, project costing, analysis, and marketing. Her focus on streamlining processes ensures operational excellence and supports strategic goals.

Before joining Vision WI Inc., Shannon held leadership roles in customer service and housing management, including 10 years at AMSOIL and as Director of Housing for Catholic Charities Bureau in Superior, WI. With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and credentials in fair housing and maintenance management, Shannon is dedicated to improving community projects while fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
